Review Guidelines
Force Approve: Use for participants whose diagnosis was confirmed outside the system (e.g. by their primary care provider). No document upload required.
Approve: Document confirms IBS diagnosis from a licensed healthcare provider. Kit order will be automatically created.
Reject: Document is unclear, incomplete, or does not confirm IBS diagnosis. User will be notified and can upload a new document (up to 3 attempts).
3rd Rejection: Study discount will be removed and subscription updated to $1,500/yr. A warning will appear before confirming.
