Mark Eligible: Use for participants whose eligibility was confirmed outside the system (e.g. by their primary care provider).
Eligible: Participant meets all study criteria and can proceed.
Ineligible: Participant does not meet study criteria. They will be notified and removed from study track.
Keep Flagged: More information needed. Participant remains in review queue.
